dawgcat: We're Back

It's been about two months since our last post....we've been very busy with lots of different things, but we're back online now.

First, we're trying to finish up some house things, like landscaping and window coverings. We're almost finished with the front and the blinds/shutters should be here soon. This is a good thing as things are starting to warm up on the sun (we hit the high 90s last week--yikes)! Here's bill working away at building mounds on our front yard and trying really hard not to make it look like there are 3 dead bodies buried there :) Good job honey!

Second, Bill's parents were up a couple of weeks ago for a little spring training and a short trip to Sedona. It had been a while since Bill and I had been up there and it was just breathtaking. We went down to Tucson to get the parents together during which time they spotted 2 snakes out on my parents' patio--way to welcome the in-laws. Yet another thing for them not to like about Arizona. Oh well....

Easter came up pretty fast this year too. We went down to Tucson to celebrate Easter with my parents at St. Thomas--the church where we were married. It's nice to get back to Tucson every now and then, but we're settling nicely in PHX. If you like going out, there are endless possibilities of what to do on the weekends here.

What else.... Bill and I are also working on having a baby and have been trying some alternative reproductive strategies. Stay tuned. I'm in the process of finalizing what might be my first consulting gig in New York this summer. Bill is starting his ASU MBA this August.
